LINATEC belongs to the STEVILA Group, whose fields of activity are contract manufacturing and fixture construction. The group has a total of 320 employees at five locations. LINATEC was founded in 2004 and occupies within the group the area of fixture construction according to customer designs and contract manufacturing of large parts up to 8 x 3 m and 10 tons total weight.

LINATEC provides the customer with a qualified team of 100 employees at the plant in Königs Wusterhausen near Berlin (30 employees) and Koszalin in northern Poland (70 employees). The employees have many years of experience in the field of fixture construction. A total of around 8,000 m² of production and assembly space is available. The following services can be offered:

• Welding fixture in single batches and series
• Mechanical Production
• Production of welding and sheet metal assemblies
• Assembly and repair work in the metal area
• Metrological services

Thanks to the capacities available in the Stevila Group, large volumes can be manufactured and assembled “from a single source” or parts can be produced for which there are no production options at LINATEC. In this way, an “in-house” production quota of well over 90% is achieved even for large orders.

Since there are long-term business relationships with all well-known suppliers of purchasing parts, all required purchased parts can be procured inexpensively and on time.
